Alb-Extrem war, ist und wird auch immer ein grandioses<\/p>\n<p>Erlebnis sein, dass sich weit von anderen RTFs in Deutschland abhebt. Organisation, Verpflegung, Stimmung und die Strecke: alles ist einfach spitze!<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e4hrlich machen sich insgesamt 3.500 Radlerinnen und Radler auf die drei angebotenen Strecken mit 190 km (3.000 HM), 210 km (3.450 HM) oder gar 260 km (4.400 HM). Insgesamt werden dabei etwa 700.000 Kilometer zur\u00fcckgelegt!<\/p>\n<p>Ein gigantischer Anblick, wenn sich nach dem Start um 5.30 Uhr in der Morgend\u00e4mmerung ein bunter Lindwurm aus Radlern den ersten Anstieg zum Hohenstaufen hinaufwindet! Die Verpflegungsstellen lassen keine W\u00fcnsche offen. Bei dem Angebot kann ohne \u00dcbertreibung von einem &#8222;Gourmetradeln&#8220; gesprochen werden. Das belegt der Verbrauch an Lebensmitteln (10.700 Bananen, 4.900 Br\u00f6tchen, 3.900 Brezeln, 13.500 Energieriegel, 3.000 Becher Joghurt, 170 kg Wurst und K\u00e4se, 4.900 Ltr. Mineralwasser, 3.024 Fl. Apfelschorle u.v.m.).<\/p>\n<p>Trotz der immensen Strapazen sind die Startpl\u00e4tze jedes Jahr sehr begehrt. B\u00f6se Zungen behaupten, die erfolgreiche Anmeldung \u00fcbers Internet sei weit schwieriger als die Bew\u00e4ltigung der Berge! 2005 waren die Startpl\u00e4tze innerhalb weniger Minuten vergriffen, der Server konnte den Ansturm nicht mehr bew\u00e4ltigen.
